Memberships

Sign-up: Upon signing up with tesni.io, users grant permission for Tesni to send email communications to the provided email address. These communications may include important updates, product information, and promotional offers. An opt-out option is available at the bottom of each email communication.

Billing: Membership subscriptions for Pro and Team plans include access to the Tesni AI canvas platform and involve recurring monthly payments. Users acknowledge that these payments are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

API Keys (BYOK): Tesni operates on a Bring-Your-Own-Key model. Users must provide their own fal.ai API key to access AI generation features. API usage costs are charged directly by fal.ai and are separate from Tesni subscription fees.

Cancellation: Users have the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time. For subscriptions that automatically renew, users can cancel before the end of the current billing period. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period, and no further charges will be applied.

Refunds: Given the digital nature of the platform, Tesni does not offer refunds for purchased memberships. Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before subscribing.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content (images, videos, characters, scenes) you create using Tesni. Your projects are private and accessible only to you (owner-only access enforced via Firestore security rules). The platform, its code, design, and branding remain the property of AlgoJS Ltd.

Disclaimer

The materials on the tesni.io website are provided "as is". AlgoJS Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, AlgoJS Ltd does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall AlgoJS Ltd be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the tesni.io site, even if AlgoJS Ltd or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
